Paul Reeve

Paul has served as Chief Executive Officer of NEC since January 2026, having joined the organisation as Chief Financial Officer in October 2023.

Prior to NEC, Paul spent a decade with the global live entertainment company AEG, where he served as CFO Europe. Overseeing financial operations across venues, ticketing, touring, and festivals throughout the region.

He has also held senior leadership roles within leading media and advertising organisations, including WPP and Dentsu, and previously worked at PwC.
