Suzie brings over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles across both the private and public sectors in the West Midlands.

Her expertise includes developing and delivering strategy, securing multi-million-pound commercial and public investment, leading organisational change, and managing complex stakeholder relationships. She is also an experienced advocate, operating at senior levels across regional and national government.

Suzie has previously served as Vice Chair of a national government agency and has held a number of non-executive directorships throughout her career.
