Featuring globally recognised sustainability experts, Mott MacDonald and Warwick Business School, the initiative will include a programme of workshops and other practical tools, which will be offered exclusively to Partners West Midlands member companies - at no cost to your business. Highlights from the workshops will include:

  • Self-assessment – where are you really on the journey to net zero?

  • Workshop 1 (full day for senior sustainability officers – early June, Birmingham location tbc) – overcoming operational challenges; turning words into action, resourcing change and moving from compliance to transformation;

  • Workshop 2 (full day for C suite decision makers – late June, Warwick Conference Centre) – overcoming organisational challenges; leading transformational change, behavioural techniques and critical decision making;

  • Community of participating companies – sharing challenges and ideas to accelerate change and embed sustainable behaviour.

The workshops will be delivered by senior Mott MacDonald managers and leading WBS academics including Professor Hugh Wilson, (who spoke at COP26 on ‘Creating Sustainable Organisations’) who will personally lead some of the sessions in Workshop 2.
