In 2022, the West Midlands became the UK’s leading regional destination for foreign investment in 2022, attracting more investment projects than Scotland and Wales combined.
The region has also built up a record pipeline for investment, which is testament to the confidence investors have in its future. Already in 2023, the West Midlands has welcomed 48 new landings and expansions, bringing more than 3,200 jobs to the region.
