Kelly is the NEC Group’s Commercial Marketing Director. She works closely with internal and external stakeholders to build the reputation and awareness of the NEC, ICC and Vox as the UK’s leading exhibitions and conference venues. She is focused on putting the customer experience at the heart of the venue’s brands and looking for new opportunities to diversify the NEC Group’s offer and attract new business and leisure tourism to its West Midlands venues.
Kelly has 25 years’ experience in marketing and communications and has worked for companies large and small in the financial services, professional services, media and live events industries.
