It highlights that:
 

Encouragingly occupancy, average room rate (ARR) and Revenue per available room (RevPAR) in May 2018 were all up on the same period of 2017:

• At 74.9% occupancy was 1% higher than in May 2017
• ARR was £1.50 higher
• At £52.80 RevPAR was £1.90 up on May 2017

However all three indicators were still below the national average
