As the UK starts to reopen its doors, and the impact of the coronavirus pandemic becomes apparent, it is clear that the West Midlands property industry will need to move forward in a different way.

The region’s real estate sector is vital to the region’s recovery with major schemes and global events taking place in the region such as its 5G multi-city testbed, the arrival of HS2, Coventry UK City of Culture 2021 and the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.

Recently, the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) released its ten priorities for economic recovery, which form the basis of its wider economic recovery plan.

Join the West Midlands Growth Company and leaders from across the property industry for a virtual roundtable discussion to consider some key areas of the region’s recovery plan.

Hear from Neil Rami, Chief Executive of the West Midlands Growth Company, and a panel discussion chaired by Rob Valentine, Director of Bruntwood. The panel will share insights, opinions and reactions from national and regional experts to consider these important questions and more.

You will be able to submit questions to our panel during the discussion.
