St Martin’s Place, by developer SevenCapital, features 228 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments along with on-site private residents’ amenities including a fully equipped gym, cinema room, bookable meeting room and WiFi lounge.

Located adjacent to the four star Park Regis Hotel, the development is also the first in the city – and one of only a handful in the country, that offers hotel services to its residents; with these services being provided by Switch Hospitality Management which runs the Park Regis.

The development completed last month, in time for buyers completing on the purchase of their new apartments to take advantage of the stamp duty holiday.
