"Last month, The West Midlands region recently participated in the prestigious UK Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF), a three-day conference attended by over 6,000 delegates including key investors, contractors, developers, and representatives from local authorities across the UK. A significant event on the real estate sector calendar, UKREiiF serves as a platform for connecting people, places, and businesses to accelerate the Levelling Up Agenda in the United Kingdom and enables the UK’s bid to Build Back Better by connecting investors and developers with the public sector to create new relationships and unlock inclusive growth.

“Representing the West Midlands, we brought a delegation to promote the region’s real estate offering, with local authorities, businesses and partners taking part in a range of panels and talks including Partnerships for Growth Wolverhampton, the 3 Cities Reception, and ‘The Future of Birmingham’ event, where Birmingham City Council launched the ‘Our Future City Framework’, a masterplan designed to make the city be more healthier, walkabout and liveable by 2040.
