Business outsourcing provider Sigma Connected, who’s head office is based in Birmingham, has announced the appointment of Jamie O’Brien into the newly-created position of director of telecoms.
In his new sector specialist role, the operational telecoms expert will lead the development of the firm’s new and existing telecoms client portfolio as part of its core growth strategy.
Reporting to chief commercial officer Ben Jones, Jamie joins Sigma Connected from Shell Energy where he was head of telecoms customer service and customer experience, supporting the improvement of their operational, financial and commercial performance. Prior to joining Shell Energy, he held leadership roles at both BT and SSE.
