This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with diverse partners, drive forward key tourism priorities, and support innovative projects that make a real difference to how the region is experienced by visitors from around the world.

What to Expect?

• Collaborative Project Delivery: Support delivery across high-impact programmes like the Local Visitor Economy Partnership (LVEP) and Destination Development Partnership (DDP).
• KPI Monitoring: Help track progress against strategic goals, action plans, and tourism growth metrics.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong working relationships with local partners, tourism businesses, and regional authorities.
• Champion Inclusivity & Sustainability: Contribute to projects that promote accessible tourism, skills development, and active travel.
• Cross-Team Support: Work with marketing, communications, and research teams to align delivery across the tourism programme.
• Hands-On Involvement: Support research, organise FAM trips, manage procurement, and report on tourism deliverables.
• Travel Ready: Expect occasional travel across the West Midlands and the UK to attend events and partner meetings.
