Long-term regeneration projects have been a specialist area for Lovell for many decades. Regeneration involves creating quality buildings and environments, but more importantly, it is about people. We have the expertise and ability to cater to all aspects of regeneration. From creating local jobs, offering training to local people, through to delivering complex models which offer their partners risk and reward mechanisms.

Our latest work in the Midlands involves a strategic partnership with the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) where both parties are involved in the unlocking of stalled brownfield sites with the ambition of delivering 4,000 homes over eight years. To date Lovell and the WMCA have unlocked the delivery of 800 homes, a great example of how the public and private sector comes together.

Lovell continues to expand their footprint after opening a new office in Derby which will be dedicated to growing the business in collaboration with local authorities, housing association partners, land agents and owners. Our ability to work within communities and bring about transformational change is further cemented by our continued innovation, ambition, and vision.

Lovell is part of the Morgan Sindall Group plc, a leading UK construction and regeneration group with revenue of £3.1bn, which operates through six divisions of Construction and Infrastructure, Fit Out, Property Services, Partnership Housing, Urban Regeneration, and Investments.
