A new report on “Accessing the market opportunities in Wolverhampton” has been published following a roundtable event where the City of Wolverhampton’s development plans, its commercial opportunities and its challenges, were discussed by a select panel of experts from across the West Midlands’ private and public sectors.
Held at KPMG, the roundtable discussion organised by the West Midlands Growth Company heard from business leaders spanning organisations including JLL, Knight Frank, GVA, Savills, Boss and the City of Wolverhampton Council. The event was part of the City of Wolverhampton’s highly-regarded annual Business Programme, which helps businesses to start, grow and succeed, is about to get underway.
Wolverhampton Council managing director Tim Johnson described the round table:
“There was a lively discussion around the office, industrial and leisure opportunities in the City of Wolverhampton.
“We shared our plans for the city, got good feedback, and listened to the agents’ views on what we could do better to improve our position. It is all part of the frank dialogue we like to have with people close to the market to help shape our regeneration plans.“
