The programme is split into two sections, ‘Personal’ and ‘Professional’ with Ken Kelling, A Sense of Purpose’ running a three-part workshop, throughout the day, entitled ‘Personal Growth: a continuous journey’. Ken is an Events and PR veteran who became an Executive Life Coach eight years ago. A regular motivational and insight led speaker, Ken has a special interest in positive psychology and works with many coaching clients from the events industry. The workshops are designed to be enjoyed as a three or on an individual basis, allowing visitors at least some time thinking about themselves during the event.
The programme will also include advice on managing your own personal brand with Max Fellows, from allpoints group, and a session discussing ‘Qualifications or Attitude’ when it comes to recruitment, led by Sian Sayward from Inntel and featuring Nicola Underhill, Hilton Birmingham Metropole, and Joanne Barrett, The Venues Collection. Finally, Nyomi Rose, event planner, influencer, blogger and social media specialist will be sharing her thoughts on how to build a modern-day career in 2023.
